Shipping

  • All orders are shipped from Columbus, Ohio within 2-3 business days.
  • The delivery time frame and shipping cost depends on where the order is being shipped to and the weight of your order. Our orders are shipped through the U.S postal service to home addresses, business address, and P.O boxes.
  • Free standard shipping for orders over $50 for customers within the U.S (heavy goods exempt)
  • A tracking number will be sent to you once the order has shipped
  • Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. nationally observed holidays.

Returns

  • Our orders are all carefully packed and inspected.
  • Should you receive a damaged item during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.
  • Due to the nature of our products, no refunds, returns or replacements will be issued other than for damage during shipping.

Plants

  • Quincy offers free local delivery and pick up in Columbus, Ohio. 
  • Shop "Available to Ship" if you're placing an order outside of Columbus, Ohio.
  • We currently accept returns for damaged items only. If your order was damaged in transit, please email thequincygeneralstore@gmail.com (make sure to include a photo) and we’ll get back to you in two business days. The form ensures we have what’s needed to help you as soon as possible!
